Is this public or private?
In spite of our fancy website, this is a private event. To attend, you should be vouched for by someone the organizers or the bands or their inner circle know.

How do I buy a ticket. When will I receive my wristband?
This is a small event. Sales are by email and paypal. Click on the link on the homepage and email us the # of tickets you would like with names for guest list. Email us at lakehillfestival@gmail.com with the number of people in your group. Payment is through Paypal or Zelle. Paypal is akupinse@cl-law.com. Wristbands at arrival.

Can I buy a ticket the day of the event?
Please no. We don’t want to be dealing with cash the day of. We will have enough to do.

What are my options for sleeping?
Camping onsite is included.
For those who prefer a hotel, there are many local options in Wilmington Vermont.
For those who want to stay on site but not deal with the hassle of setting up camp, for an extra fee, there is also one treehouse room and one Bell Tent availble. Call it VIP. Price on request. First asked first served.

Are children allowed? Are they free?
Yes. Kids will have a great time during the day… But, we strongly recommend that families with kids choose a local hotel option for after dark. Children under 16 are free.

What are the hours? When are the bands? You are free to show up anytime Friday after 5 pm for those camping two nights and Saturday any time after 10 a.m. (If you would like to show up earlier contact us, we can probably arrange it). we would like the site cleared out by Sunday at 2pm.

How much are tickets?
With camping included $100 per person. Without camping $60 per person.

Are you making money on this?
Most definitely not. This is expected to be a huge financial loss even with the contributions for tickets. But a lot of fun.

Is this someone’s home?
Yes. Please above all be respectful. While we have 12+ acres, we still have neighbors and it is important to show resect and keep the grounds clean.

Are there quiet hours?
Yes. We can be loud all day but it will need to be kept to a low roar after 10pm and pretty much quiet after midnight. The sound carries across the lake on summer days.

Where do I park?
If you are camping, upon arrival you will be directed to a camping spot with your car, however some campsites may require a small walk and may not be able to park directly by your tent. We do not guaranty any particular sized campsites but will do outr best to make it all work.
If you are not camping, we encourage you to travel to the venue by taxi. Options are Mount Snow Taxi 802.236.7667 and Valley Cab 802-348-7827. We expect to have a shuttle to drive people to local hotels on Saturday night.
There is VERY limited on street day parking. We do not recommend it.

Are campfires allowed?
No but there will be a bonfire Saturday.

Is there Food?
We are working on having a food truck for a period of time, but overall you should bring what you need to eat to the venue.

Are there bathrooms?
Yes, there will be porta-potties. There will likely not be showers available.

I see this is on a lake. Can I use the boats?
Generally no, but special requests may be honored. Any use, if permitted, like other aspects of the event is subject to the liability waiver provided herein.

Will there be refillable water stations?
Yes.

Will there be a charging station?
There will be but it will have limited spots.

Is there WiFi?
There is no WiFi on-site and cell service can be very spotty. Please download all maps, arrival info and schedules to your phone prior to arrival.

What are your accessibility accommodations?
This is a private event and the property is mostly grassy, sloped terrain. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any requirements.

The venue address is 805 Lake Hill Road, Whittingham Vermont (aka 1028 Parsons Road).
Arrival instructions will be emailed to all ticket purchasers a week prior to the event.
